The benefits of dance have been proven for a long time.  Not only do you learn the moves but each dancer gains social skills, confidence, concentration skills, learns to work as a team, how to look after themselves and gains the ability to create beautiful movement through dance.  Not to mention the important mental health benefits that dance brings to all.

At Starlight we couldn't be more passionate about how great dancing is for everyone!

Miss Jennifer, Director and Principal Teacher at Starlight Dance says "I believe everyone has it in them to dance, to feel free and to make their hearts happy through dance.  It's hard work but great fun too.  Our classes are designed to bring out the best in each individual dancer and create a friendly, encouraging environment to do it in."
